Now plugin can broadcast any message to opened rempl-clients and listen to opened rempl-clients

Supported messages (to sandbox)

[x] hostInfo - sending when a sandbox is connected to the editor
[x] setPublisher - ask sandbox to switch publisher to specified (using after tab deserialization)
[x] activeTabChanged - sending when active tab in the editor was changed

Supported commands (from sandbox)

[x] getHostInfo - request host info from the editor
[x] publisherChanged - notify editor that active publisher in the sandbox was changed
[x] setStatusBarContent - set editor status bar content
