Add per-capita statistics #11

One reviewer noted that it would be informative to add per-capita statistics,

I think the waffle plot is fine (though better if you could make it feel more real to the size of population).

Another noted,

I think it would be great if some background information is presented simultaneously with the 95% neglected, e.g., the population of each country. This will make the "95% " more compelling!
