Major rework of `easyPubMed` will require major update to `pubmedDashboard` #25

The core underlying package we use, easyPubMed, is getting a major rework in version 3.0. It is not on CRAN yet, but once it is, it will require major update to pubmedDashboard. We might have to rewrite many of our functions from scratch to adapt to the new framework. That will require a lot of time.

Moved to milestone V2.0 since we won't have time to fix this in time for SIPS
