Here are a few style modifications. Any opinion before I merge ?

The new file icons are cool, but I don't really like the new FTP list...

I'm not sure either about the ftp list. Is there a specific thing you don't like about it ?

I like the fact that the whole rectangle is clickable, and that the current ftp is well displayed, but I don't like the colors when one is selected. What about you ?

Closing, as some of the changes have been merged and the other are not that great.

Also, push -f to github is bad.
