Add a license #159

By default, I actually maintain full copyright in absence of a license. So nobody can actually use the code without my permission.

So it's not actually open-source. I want to keep open the possibility of monetization, but I like open source, so I'm going to have to think about this.

I'm fairly sure that posting the code on github constitutes some sort of implicit permission for use, unless you specifically say otherwise.

The existing 'license.md' file I added does note that Github allows everyone some rights. But those rights are basically just to look at the code and fork it. You can't actually do anything with your fork.

I wonder if you could write a meta license that basically says:

The following code is released under GPL/Apache/MIT/whatever with the understanding that I may at a later time pull the rug out from under you and decide to monatize this. The following URL: www.placeholder.com will be updated once per day to reflect the current licensing of the code.
