There's nothing clearly delineating what each element of each trip does.
So the only way you know the top line is a stop name is because you just typed it in.
You can get easily confused because some destinations are also station names, and nothing really indicates that you can track multiple stops at once.
Additionally, it's hard to differentiate when you want to track one bus's combined arrival and departure. The only thing distinguishing them is the stop name (and proximity-sorting).
Mitigation:
Display a 'distance to' label in gray next to the stop names. Kind of like the Rail color bars and the Vehicle Number labels.
eg. "Union Station 1.5mi"
This should make it more clear that the top line represents a physical location, not a direction.
