"Toast" tutorial text is super annoying. #172

It blocks the keyboard and shows up right when you're about to add a second stop, which is no good. Then it also pops up and blocks the OK/cancel buttons on the arrival notification screen. And finally, it just takes too long in general and shows up every.single.time.

Dev_2, it really gets in the way if you know what you're doing and just want to do it.

The tutorials are abstracted to their own singleton manager. Once the actual actions they are trying to teach are preformed, they stop showing.
