We want to update the monetization flow, but don't want to just shove a money-making thing on users with nothing in it for them.

I'm thinking either make the tutorial texts less annoying, or some minor UI feature thing.

eg. The "Hint" texts on the UI lists are probably unnecessary for users that have been using the app for a while. So maybe we detect frequent users (10+ opens?), and disable those hints for them, and substitute the new monetization info notice.
