Don't be annoying with hints / monetization pitch #224

Once users are experienced, stop showing them the request list / trip list hints.

Instead, that should be when they start seeing the 'donate' text.

OK, so we don't show the stupid simple hints any more for experienced users, and we only show the about pane hint once the simple hints are gone.

The problem is the app looks totally blank now, without the tutorials.

So I need to put in some secondary identifiers or something.
