Display NexTrip info messages #246

When service is cut, it's super useful to know about it.

It would be nice to display the NexTrip messages, instead of forcing the user to go get some other Twitter app to check whether everythings friggered or not.

This could also help explain #214 when there's nothing coming.

Within the tag in the xml, there's sometimes a tag. It's all up in the NexTrip documentation, yo.
