Notify service dialog pretends you can select which bart arrival to track #300

We can't distinguish between arrivals for bart because there's no vehicle number.

However, the notify confirm dialog shows a selection for each arrival, just with no vehicle number.

This gives you the impression you can track future arrivals, when really you'll just receive the first arrival as a fallback.

Fixed. Display "The First Arrival" as only option if vehicles are null.
