Speedtest package #1

What package is "Speedtest"? It doesn't exist

@GregBreak It looks like the original package called speedtest on pypi has been replaced by something else since then unfortunately, and I have not vendored the dependencies. Maybe we can try to find an equivalent package, or the original package (assuming it was on GitHub), or disable the use of speedtest for now.
