OpeningHours ordering: respect Calendar' firstWeekday #27

Currently the aggregated OpeningHours are sorted using Sunday as start of the week in all localizations. , e.g.:

Sun.: closed
Mon.-Sat.: 08:30 - 16:30

The ordering should be adjusted, respecting the startOfTheWeek day for the current user locale, e.g. for German it should be Monday.
