In additon to the reload button I suggest a long or - even better - a 3D touch for setting a new center of the map and load the data for the new map section.
(As the result list would be centered around the new center it could be helpfull to reinvent the center indicator).
By using 3D touch you can easily select the appropriate map section and fetch the data with one finger in an instant move.
