Add EXIF 2.3 lens information tags #51

Hi,

I have a Sony A7II mirrorless camera that writes EXIF 2.3 tags. I noticed a few issues requesting access to lens model information, so I've added the desired fields, per spec, as well as a test EXIF file from my camera.
