Slider for frequency of occurrence

Hey, Sure.

There are constant noises, such as the campfire. Now I would like to hear birds. I want to use a slider to set how often I hear the birds. Far left: very rarely, right: very often. If it's on the far left, I might hear "beep beep" once or twice and on the far right: birdsong all the time. Just as an example.

To add to this, a perfect example is an owl hoot. You don't want to hear the owl hooting every 5 seconds. But you might want it to happen every 60-90 seconds.
