menu "Open Hebrew Calendar" doesn't open correct "Hebrew Calendar" page #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click in menu "Open Hebrew Calendar"
2.
3.

Expected showing of Hebrew Calendar (see attached file
openHebrewCalendar_CorrectView.jpg).

Instead of correct view, short screen is displayed (see attached file
openHebrewCalendar.jpg).

Clicking in menu "Open Hebrew Calendar" when hcalendar is used as a Thunderbird
extension doesn't to anything - no response at all, in spite of fact that 
Kaluach is
installed on PC
