Israeli Holidays - Charedi Option #68

I would like to have an option to remove the Israeli holidays from my
version of the hcalendar.  (Aside from which, in the kaluch calendar, there
all the Israeli holidays exist, even before the State of Israel existed,
pre-holocaust, etc...)
