In Chapter 9 Scheduling: Proportional Share, section 9.7 The Linux Completely Fair Scheduler (CFS),

This sentence is missing a citation number:

Kanev et al. show that even after aggressive optimization, scheduling uses about 5% of overall datacenter CPU time.

It should be:

Kanev et al. show that even after aggressive optimization, scheduling uses about 5% of overall datacenter CPU time [K+15].
