Minimize to toolbar #342

Add option (checkbox) to enable minimize to toolbar or minimize to tray.

Currently minimize always to tray.

Options->Local settings->enabletrayicon is not good?

No,

When minimizing I want it to go to the taskbar not the tray.
But I still want to keep the option of closing to the tray and not completely.

I think an additional checkbox should be added to ask if minimize to tray or 
taskbar.
