Different Date formats #344

I'd like to be able to see the date and time in different format. IMHO, default 
should be according to Regional Settings or ISO 8661.

The date/time format is based on windows regional settings.

I have the same issue. Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Transmission Remote 3.24

I have the same issue. Windows 8 Ultimate 64-bit, Transmission Remote 3.24
My regional settings in windows display dates as dd/mm/yy but transmission 
remote displays mm/dd/yy.
