"Open on Network Share" as an option for "Default Action" in Global Setting. #352

It seem to behave like that on version 3.22 on version 3.24 it only have "open 
remote folder".

What I'm looking to ask is that when you double-click on a file that a has an 
single extension to open up with it default program like in version 3.22.  In 
version 3.24 it seem to only open the previous directory folder unless you 
right click and select "Open on Network Share"

It appears that if the files in the torrent are in a folder made by the torrent 
double clicking them will open the file with the appropriate program. But if 
the torrent has no folders and the files are downloaded to the root folder 
double clicking the file will open up that root folder instead of opening the 
file. 

In the older version (3.22.1) double clicking any file in the file list for a 
torrent would open that file regardless of it being in the root torrent 
download directory or not. That's the behavior I would like to see again.

Yeah and fix open network share thingy. It used to work but for some time it 
does not (button grayed out)
