Error updating blocklist #361

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to server
2. Click Remote Settings
3. Click Update Blocklist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"gotNewBlocklist: http error 404: Not Found"

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Win Xp (32 bits) and Win 7 (64 bits))
Transmission: 2.12 (build 11423)
Remote: 3.24 (rev 0)

Please provide any additional information below. Feel free to
attach screenshots or sample code which demonstrates the issue being
described.

I noticed that in r715 you have to specify the URL for the blocklist, but there 
is no such field in 3.24 (build 0). Was there an hardcoded URL in versions < 
r715?

If so, what link was used before?

Changing the blocklist url is since transmission v2.12. The default url is 
http://www.example.com/blocklist, i think it's only a sample. More info at: 
https://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/Blocklists . You can change the blocklist 
url if you use at least r689. But you can change the blocklist url, if you edit 
the T daemon config file.
