Valid RSS url/uri is not recognised (Error message) #402

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add RSS feed with url from cyclingtorrents.nl (looks something like this 
http://cyclingtorrents.nl/rss.php?cats=21,22&lang=1,2,6&passkey=cf7a97b3b2ab420d
931736a39e180c)
2. Open RSS feed window and click refresh icon for the new feed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is that the program loads the torrents from the feed. What happens is 
an error message "Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined."

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Windows 7 x64 Pro
Transmission: 2.03-2
Remote: 3.24 (build 0)

Please provide any additional information below. Feel free to
attach screenshots or sample code which demonstrates the issue being
described.
