Highlights include putting Actual Words in a bunch of the fluff chapters, adding rules for cover and prone-ness in combat, adding some races, slightly tweaked drakes and gnolls (drakes now have IR vision, and Gnolls lost their armor in exchange for a bite attack), and I'm not even sure what else at this point.
I don't think there where any "mechanics breaking" changes, other than slightly tweaking Drakes and Gnolls.
Used scripts to replace -- with em-dash, and put spaces around em-dashes; our dash-style is hopefully almost standardized now. (I still haven't converted some HTML entity dashes.)
Used scripts to convert the HTML aside tags to [[custom tags]]. Results seem to be more-or-less correct. (I didn't bother handling aside-titles, that's gonna need some by-hand follow-up.)
