How to edit bottom field #8

I was wondering whether anyone knows how to edit the bottom field of the homepage. I wanted to change the twitter handle and stuff.

Please remove the twitter and feed handle. We don't work on that at the moment.

and instead of "web development" we could write something like: Web development by Serhii Parkhomenko

did anyone ask him whether he is fine to be "fully named". He uses only "Serhii P." as far as I have seen.

p.s. maybe you share some details how to edit these fields. otherwise i will have to come back to you always ;-)
