Workaround für XE3-Compatibility found, see attachment #296

I extracted the URW1147-Error in XE3 and tracked it down to TSimpleHash<T>. I 
found a workaround. It's a bit slower but works. The problem is/was the dynamic 
array in TSimpleHash<T>. See the attachment for the fix. I made the 
modification upon Revion 1594.
