Added possibility to choose filetype #15

Added possibility to choose filetype between 'pdf', 'epub', or 'both'. Also added check to ignore download if file doesn't exist (404). Closes #2

It would be better to know ahead of time if the file format is available or not. See last two columns.

Agreed! By the way, I merged a PR that conflicts with this current one. Since this PR requires more tests, I believe closer to the weekend I can double-check it.

@adripo , thank you SO MUCH for opening this PR! However, since it was conflicting with the master, I opened another one inspired in your PR. Therefore, I'm closing this PR in favor of https://github.com/renanxcortes/springerQuarantineBooksR/pull/26.
