Improve Hotbar and Crosshair #3

Currently the Hotbar is a bit too square for my liking, and the Crosshair is... unsatisfactory, at best. They're of course both functional, however they don't fit thematically with the rest of the pack. Something similar to Rena's Edit v2.1's Hotbar, but more round, would be preferable, and a crosshair that is smaller than the default cross but not too small like the current one.

Pictured below is the Rena's Edit v2.1 Hotbar (Also present in reNebula v1.0). It is even more square than the current hotbar, but fits better thematically. I would like a redone hotbar like this, but rounder, and with a different selector.

Key points: Rounder, Selector stands out more (Color vs. Gray), but add texture to differentiate between slots
