o-blog 2 org module doesnt read properties in a compatible way with o-blog 1

this used to work:

+PUBLISH_DIR: /tmp/oblog

But now you need:

+PUBLISH-DIR: /tmp/oblog

Im not sure why I had an underscore to begin with. Its a differense at any rate.
