When doing o-blog-publish

I copied the template directory from the repository. The elpa package is still broken though.

I don't know about elpa. Please either use el-get or git to install o-blog

Np. getnikola.com installed just fine and does a great job creating a static blog.

Just drop me a line if you fix it and I test the elpa package again.
