A bit of text cleaning for the sample.org file

Since the sample.org is also the documentation, I got into the task of reading it and fixing some minor issues at the same time. There are a lot of changes but most are minor; in a few places I added some explanatory text. Hope this helps, thanks for a nice tool. :)
