assets directory #53

Add an assets directory (ASSETS_DIR) for location of images and stuff

Wtih @tonyday567 assets directory commit, I wonder if file-handling needs to change when we do an export. It's good that we can now place all media files like images under assets/, and that assets/ is copied to out/ but now I'm seeing duplication of every referenced file. That is, within my org file I may specify [[file:assets/catz-lol.png]] but on export, that file now shows up under both assets/ and alongside the page or post HTML file, instead of just pointing to the assets/ folder.
