New org exporter fix #67

Hi,

The new exporter is now default in org-mode, and it breaks o-blog once again. This fixes it (hopefully it will stabilize some day!).

BTW o-blog is great!

There is still something wrong with the new org exporter.

- [[#][/icon-book icon-white/ Documentation]]

Is now exported as 

<li><i><i>icon-book icon-white</i> Documentation</i>

instead of:

<li><a href="#"><i>icon-book icon-white</i> Documentation</a>

ogr-mode development is more more a more a pain in the ass since every piece of API is changing at each release.

Well using

Seems to work.
