WRONG EXE #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Download from belgeid.be

What do you see instead?
The executable is not a Win32 valid application !

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP or Win7 64 bits

The Dutch download is broken indeed.
We'll have it fixed asap.

For people being blocked on this (should be fixed real soon though):

Please try the download a few times, the file is hosted on multiple places, and 
one of them is corrupt (2 mb file in stead of 32 mb)
