What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.j'ai installé les fichiers pour linux
2.j'ai introduit ma C.I.
3.je n'ai pas de code pin pour m'identifier ,ou puis-je le demander

pas de code pin d'identification
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ubuntu 13.10(voyager)
