quick installer 7149 fails to install when 7142 is installed #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. configuration with QI build 7142b installed
2. (try to) install QI build 7149

What is the expected output?

QI uninstalls 7142b and replaces it with 7149

What do you see instead?

QI fails to install (process start error 1638 - already installed) because it 
failed to uninstall 7142b

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

- middleware 4.0 QI build 7149
- Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Manually uninstalling 7142b first fixes it.

No problem upgrading from 7149, no uninstall necessary. Issue closed?

Indeed, issue closed.

Sorry about this issue, it can happen from time to time (when in testbuilds, 
the internal buildnumber is the same as the previous (test)build.
