SDK 4.0: Missing include files for C #93

The readme of the sdk40_1188.zip mentions that the zip contains

"Description (depending of the platform):
- [Belgium Identity Card SDK,beidsdk]/pkcs11/include/rsaref220  : eID C include 
files"
...

However, this directory is not included.
