maybe setup some Github Action to build and push the image to Dockerhub on commits to main branch (or what you consider stable), since building the image can be cumbersome depending on the setup.
I did build and push a build of the main branch ethrgeist/mastodon-twitter-poster and it works fine, but some "official" image would be preferable, of course.
I would take my build down, if you decide to publish your own, also the build would need more arches then just x64.
If you do not have the time and resource to setup everything, i can offer you my help with the GH actions, if you do not want anything to do with Dockerhub i could automate my own builds and you could maybe refer to them in the readme.
