I noticed that some of the species terms are common abbreviations for proteins or brain regions (e.g., PV is a species and an abbreviation for parvalbumin). Same with species CP and brain region Caudoputamen.
Ideally there'd be a pre-processing step where we compare terms across lists and can choose which term is the "right" one given our project.
