cleanup of obo files #49

I'm opening this as a PR so that we can have somewhere to discuss how to convert these over to ttl since obo to owl does more than we might want (I have done this conversion and can add those files to a ttl/ folder if you would like to look at them).

Questions:

  1. Can we convert all BROAD ACRONYM synonyms to acronyms in ttl?
  2. Do you make use of the synonym type annotations (e.g. RELATED ADJECTIVE)? If so, which ones are you using as synonyms and what do we need to do to transition the others (RELATED in particular)?

I went ahead and merged these (accident). I can automatically regenerate the changes from the base obo if they are overwritten during robo export so don't worry about loosing history.
