Inconsitency in output item file header #22

Hi,

In the rules PDF file, section 3.2.3, the given header is not consistent with the next table:

"Id truck;Id stack;Stack code;X origin;Y origin;Z origin;X extremity;Y extremity;Z extremity"

 X origin
 Y origin
 Z origin
 X extremity
 Y extremity
 Z extremity
