Make generator tests run all tests #107

blockly/tests/generators/index.html is fairly manual.  Make it possible to 
cover all tests (cross product of loading all and generating all).

This could be using ChromeWebDriver or just add a button that does it all for 
you and checks results

This refactoring has been moved to the experimental branch.  It is no longer 
blocking trunk.
