Disabling #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put several statement blocks into a row (3 or more) 
2. Disable the first block
3. Show generated python code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that every active (enabled) block generates its python 
code, but the disabled block not.

I observe, that no block is generating code any longer. If I disable the second 
block, block 2 and 3 don't show generated code but block 1 does, etc. 

What browser are you using?
Chromium-browser 18 and Firefox 15 (taken from Ubuntu Software Center)
Ubuntu version: 11.10
