Change speaking speed and add pauses between sentences #19

Hi, The project is really awesome. I would like to ask: can I change the speaking speed?

And can I add pauses in the text? I need to separate very short sentences and single words. For example, if the text is: "A big dog. cat. memory.", I would like the speech to pause for half a second after each dot.
