Upgrade to strapi v4 #13

Description

Bumped strapi to 4.1.0
Updated folder structure and configurations to match strapi v4 quickstart template.
Removed dependencies strapi-connector-bookshelf(not needed) and knex (dependency of @strapi/strapi)
Added content security policy config override for strapi middleware security to allow images from cloudinary to show in media manager https://github.com/strapi/strapi/tree/v4.1.0/packages/providers/upload-cloudinary#security-middleware-configuration
[x] Tested by deploying to render https://strapi-vt18.onrender.com

Hi @shidil- Thanks for creating this PR. I made a handful of changes to the branch. Can you verify that they work for you? Hoping to get this merged soon with StrapiConf coming up next week.

Hi @shidil - Just wanted to keep you up-to-date with our plan to update this example (and Render's other two Strapi example repositories) to Strapi v4.

The code changes are complete in this PR, however merging it will automatically update all Render users who have used this repository to deploy to Render. Because v4 has breaking changes, we want to be a bit more careful and communicate with these users before merging the PR (and updating their services).

But the good news is if you want to use v4 now, you can use this PR's branch or the crc/upgrade-to-v4 branch that exists on all three of Render's example Strapi repositories.

I hope to merge this PR within a few business days after StrapiConf.

Merging this PR and then will do a quick follow-up to upgrade this repo to Strapi v4.1.5.
