update clang scan-build make target #4

Scan-build currently targets px4_stil. Update Makefile to target the px4_fmu-v5 make target instead.

There is currently no list of sdk versions used for PX4 (clang, python, gcc, etc). Need to have a solid list of all versions of all sdk's moving forward to act as a baseline.
