Why the ocean's sky is dark #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download source and resource files.
2.Build the program.And susccessed.
3.Run oceanexample.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win7

This means that osgocean is unable to find the resource directory and the 
appropriate skybox.

The resource directory should be in the same directory as the exe.

It is OK after I put the resource in the same directory as the exe.
