improve Database Maintanenance mod for this
use foreach
use count
optimize queries
use inner join
improve Template clasess
use cache
cache will be in temp folder
fix topics_per_page
File Attachment Control Panel important move to admin index
use phpbb3 function to see file size units
add attachment" button disables bbcode and smilies
check get_total_attach_pm_filesize() $user_sql
