Publish 0.5.1 on npm #414

It looks like the package version got bumped to 0.5.1 in https://github.com/rendrjs/rendr/commit/7e5c93ff1e0401431118b47db32344979aaa9309, but there was never a release.

I tested this version. It fixes a few bugs, and the tests look fine. The last npm release was 9 months ago. Would this be a good time for an official update (0.5.1) on npm?

it seems to be ok, however i've encountered some problems with https://github.com/rendrjs/rendr-handlebars/ at version 2.1 and those decided to not updated just yet.
